Pressure washing that knows the right PSI for every surface.

$129 starting  •  free on-site estimate

Michigan winters leave algae on north-side siding, black mold in shaded corners, and gray weathered wood on every deck. Michigan summers bake oil spots into driveways and trail road film across walkways. PeakServe's local contractors clean all of it with the right PSI, bio-friendly detergent, and soft-wash where the surface calls for it — without the gouged wood or forced-behind-seam water damage.

Soft-wash pretreatment on siding — no gouged wood or stripped paint
Calibrated PSI per surface — siding 500–1500, concrete 2500–3000, wood decks 500
Bio-friendly detergent — runoff routed away from storm drains
Grass, perennials, and adjacent landscaping pre-wet and protected

Every job covers three things — not just blasting water.

A $49 "pressure wash" that blasts wood into furrows and forces water behind the siding isn't cleaning — it's damaging the surface. Our contractors tune PSI, nozzle, and chemistry to the substrate, every job.

01

Soft-Wash Detergent

Bio-degradable detergent applied first with a soft-bristle brush and a low-PSI pre-spray. The chemistry does the work on algae, mildew, and road film so the high-PSI rinse doesn't have to. Phosphate-free and safe for grass and perennials on overspray.

02

Right PSI per Surface

Siding is washed at 500–1500 PSI with a fan-tip nozzle. Concrete driveways and walkways run 2500–3000 PSI with a surface cleaner. Wood decks are held to 500 PSI with a wide fan to avoid furrowing the grain. Brick is calibrated to age and mortar condition.

03

Debris + Runoff Capture

Grass and adjacent flower beds are pre-wet before any detergent goes down. Runoff is directed away from storm drains and onto lawn or gravel where the soil and roots break it down. The job site is rinsed and walked at completion — no chemical slick left behind.

Flat rates by surface. No surprise charges.

Pricing starts at $129 for a single-car driveway + sidewalk. Pick the package that fits — or stack a driveway, siding, and deck into one visit for a single trip fee. Exact quote after a free on-site estimate.

Why Choose PeakServe

What you get when you book.
Right PSI per surface — siding 500–1500, concrete 2500–3000, wood decks 500
Bio-friendly detergent does the chemistry before the PSI does the work
Soft-wash pretreatment on wood and older vinyl — never a gouge
Grass and perennials pre-wet, runoff routed away from storm drains
Surface cleaner used on driveways — no zebra-stripe wand marks
Typical full exterior done in 3–5 hours for a two-story home

Doing It Yourself

The honest trade-offs.
Rental machines run at one PSI — too high for siding, too low for concrete
Wand-only driveway work leaves zebra stripes where overlap missed
Bleach and TSP damage landscaping and kill grass within a foot of overspray
×Siding under too much pressure forces water behind the seams — mold returns in months
×Ladder + pressure wand + second story is one of the leading DIY injury patterns in our region
×No recourse if a wood deck is furrowed into uselessness

★★★★★

"My husband rented a pressure washer last summer and gouged the heck out of the deck boards. PeakServe came in with a low-PSI fan tip and a soft-wash pass — the deck looks new, the grain is intact, and there's no zebra striping on the driveway. Worth every dollar versus the rental."

★★★★★

"The north side of our house had two years of black algae that wouldn't budge with a garden hose. The crew pre-treated with a soft-wash solution, let it sit, then used a gentle rinse on the vinyl. No forced water behind the seams, no stripped paint, and the algae is gone for good."

★★★★★

"Spring driveway + walkway + back patio, all in one visit. They brought a surface cleaner so the driveway didn't look like a lawn mower had been over it. The patio pavers came up bright again with no sand blown out between them. Scheduled in two days, done in under four hours."

Quick answers before you book.

How does pressure washing pricing work?
Pricing is based on the surface area, the surface material, and the package you choose. Driveway & Sidewalk starts at $129, House Siding starts at $179, and Deck & Patio starts at $149. Exact pricing is provided after a free on-site estimate.
Do you use soft-wash or high-PSI on siding?
Both, depending on the siding material. Wood and older vinyl are cleaned with a soft-wash (low-PSI, bio-friendly detergent applied first, then a gentle rinse) so fibers and seams aren't damaged. Brick and fiber-cement hold up under higher PSI and are washed with a fan-tip nozzle at a calibrated pressure for the substrate.
How often should Michigan homeowners book pressure washing?
Most Oakland County homeowners book a full exterior wash once a year, typically in late spring after pollen and road film accumulate. Siding under tree cover or shaded on the north side often benefits from a second visit in early fall to clear algae and mildew before winter.
What does a 'driveway + sidewalk' appointment include?
Every driveway + sidewalk package includes a pre-wet of grass and adjacent landscaping, surface cleaning with hot-water PSI calibrated for concrete (2500–3000 PSI) or pavers (lower with a surface cleaner), oil-spot pre-treatment where needed, and a final rinse that directs runoff away from storm drains.
Is the detergent eco-friendly and where does the runoff go?
Yes. We use a bio-degradable, phosphate-free detergent and pre-wet surrounding grass and perennials to dilute any overspray. Runoff is directed away from storm drains and toward lawn or gravel where the soil and plants break it down — not into the curb inlet.
Are you licensed and insured?
Every PeakServe contractor carries full liability coverage and the required Michigan business licensure. Crews follow OSHA ladder and spray-gun safety standards and never run a pressure washer without eye protection and proper footing.
